License Activation
Learn how to activate your MadBot license to unlock all features.
Finding Your License Key
Your license key was sent to your email after purchase. It looks like: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
Activation Steps
- Go to MadBot > Settings in your WordPress admin
- Find the License section at the top
- Paste your license key in the field
- Click Activate License
Deactivating a License
To move your license to another site:
- Go to MadBot > Settings > License
- Click Deactivate License
- Activate on your new site
Troubleshooting
If activation fails, check the following:
- Your license key is correctly copied (no extra spaces)
- Your WordPress site can make outbound HTTPS requests
- Your license has available activations remaining
