Installation Guide
Get MadBot up and running on your WordPress site in minutes.
Requirements
Before installing MadBot, make sure your server meets these requirements:
- PHP: 8.0 or higher (8.1+ recommended)
- MySQL: 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
- WordPress: 6.0 or higher
- PHP Memory: 128MB minimum (256MB recommended)
Installation Steps
Method 1: ZIP Upload (Recommended)
- Download the madbot.zip file from your purchase confirmation
- In WordPress, go to Plugins then Add New
- Click Upload Plugin
- Select the madbot.zip file
- Click Install Now
- Click Activate Plugin
Method 2: FTP Upload
- Extract the madbot.zip file on your computer
- Connect to your server via FTP
- Upload the madbot folder to /wp-content/plugins/
- In WordPress, go to Plugins and activate MadBot
After Installation
Once installed, you will see a new MadBot menu in your WordPress admin. The first step is to activate your license key.
